Teaching

My cv
Animation Director in IRIS graphic 2012-present.
My role in IRIS Graphic was to organize the teamwork and encourage group brain storming strategy and creativity. Further more, I was able to rearrange the project processing and execution to be of a very high quality in a shorter time schedule. In IRIS I have introduced a policy: "Don't think PROBLEM, think SOLUTION!" This new mentality made a great difference in the behavior of the team, where I have encouraged them to find a solution instead of nagging about the problem, which might jeopardize a delay in the project's due date. To be able to observe their rising skills of problem solving I have created a report with table to list all the projects they were working on along with all the trouble they have faced and their solution based on their analysis, along with the high and lows of every project. By this procedure I was able to help them to work in a more organized environment by solving the problems of the administration part and leave the rest for them.
Instructor ETC (expertise training center) 2012-Present.
I worked as an administrator for a couple of months under the request of Mr. Naji Sfeir, who asked me to organize the working process in ETC after seeing the changes I was responsible for in IRIS graphic. I was able to organize all the documents and create a pattern of registration to make it easier for the future administrators and students. Further more, my job was to upgrade the website functionality and evaluate it from the end user perspective. In addition to this role, I joined as an instructor for 3Ds Max, Illustrator, In Design, Flash and Mudbox. This job gave a different experience to deal with students from different fields and cultures. This exposure has altered a great change in my personal and career attitude it made me more patient. .
